Terms and Conditions:
1. SF Delivery shall not be responsible for any actions or removal of items by the partnered restaurant, including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of order, quality of food, time taken to prepare or delivery of the order, etc.
2. SF Delivery shall not be responsible for any food safety and standard issues, applicable rules and norms which should be directed towards the partnered restaurant.
3. SF Delivery shall not be responsible for food that may be suitable for certain age, user should check their dietary requirements and be solely responsible for the food they are ordering.
4. SF Delivery shall not provide any delivery or logistics of items other then food and beverage from partnered restaurants as the case maybe.
5. SF Delivery will try our best to inform the user of the delivery charges that may apply to the user, we shall not be responsible for the the delivery charges incurred for user’s order regardless of user’s awareness of such delivery charges.
6. SF Delivery shall reserve rights that at any time and without prior notice, the app can remove, block or disable access to any content, for any reason or no reason.
7. Food item images may differ from the actual item and we are not responsible for any difference in the looks of the items.
8. Ordered items amount is non-refundable.
9. SF Delivery shall try our best to provide the actual price of the item and we shall not be responsible for any price hike on certain items of any partnered restaurants, the partnered restaurant shall be souly responsible for that.
10. The delivery time is not a fixed time but an approximation of how long it might take.
